ENGINEERING
The process of development of workshop engineering in Grupo Constructor Industrial de S.A de C.V. is at the forefront, with specialized software in the field of steel structures. Tekla Structures is the main work tool, this software allows us to carry out projects of any size in relatively short times, in addition to providing tools that are of great support in the manufacture and assembly of steel structures. Currently, Grupo Constructor Industrial S.A. de C.V. has the capacity to develop more than 32,000 tons of semi-heavy structures per year. The experience of our personnel in different disciplines allows us to develop high level engineering which guarantees the success of the projects in which we participate. Grupo Constructor Industrial S.A. de C.V.’s team allows us to perform consistent analysis based on the standards and regulations in force, allowing us to make prompt and expeditious decisions in order to meet the needs of each project.
MACHINERY
HYDRAULIC JACKS
Used to lift heavy objects, such as vehicles or structures up to a certain number of tons, by applying hydraulic force.
TRAVEL CRANES
Lifting equipment used to move heavy materials from one place to another in an efficient and safe manner. They consist of a metallic structure with a horizontal arm, called a bridge, which moves along rails placed on top of the structure. These cranes are essential on construction sites to lift and move heavy materials, optimizing time.
ROLLERS
Machines used to shape and bend sheet metal, such as steel and aluminum, to project specifications. They operate by means of rollers that gradually apply force to mold the material into the desired shape. Rollers are essential for the fabrication of curved structural elements, such as beams and pipes, allowing the creation of unique and functional architectural designs.
MOTORIZED ROLLERS AND MANI
Equipment used for compacting and leveling soil, asphalt or concrete surfaces. Motorized rollers are driven by motors and can be of different types, such as vibratory or static rollers. On the other hand, mani rollers are manually operated and can be of different shapes and sizes. Both types are used to ensure the stability and durability of surfaces.
